Conceito
Em douta e interessada conversa, Juan, colega artista e pedopsiquiatra, homem de singular experiência nesta área, colocou-me a seguinte questão: “Acreditas que alguém, como este caso de sequelas de paralisia cerebral, possua a capacidade completa de criar arte, ou enfim, de a entender e usufruir na sua totalidade?”
Não lhe soube responder. Talvez não em pleno, visto que Juan falava de coisas como o “Eu Fragmentado” e na minha inépcia em unificar esta fragmentação. Eu próprio, agora fragmentado e destroçado na minha visão una, única do Mundo, acreditava piamente que sim, que esta totalidade estava ao alcance de todos… mas não sabia, nem poderia saber, como o demonstrar, como o defender.
Guru Art Projects - Oficina de Pintura, o Maio das plenas primaveras e o atelier ensolarado. Este foi o espaço físico em que esta questão caiu, entre o paralelo das nossas metodologias pedagógicas e desejos estéticos. Aqui compreendi finalmente o significado da pergunta “Acreditas?...”.
O ensino artístico, no fundo, é um acto de fé e vive dessa fé num Mundo sem verdades absolutas.
Reunifiquei-me assim com as razões justas que não soube defender no primeiro momento: “A tão só alegria que um Homem dá a si mesmo” de Karl Marx ou o”Inútil que se justifica na nossa profunda admiração” na visão de Óscar Wilde ou ainda da “Suprema obra que precisará destas vidas para se concretizar”, na perspectiva de Merleau-Ponti.
Guru Art Projects é um projecto que se funda nesta crença.
A crença de que, em face ao trabalho de cada Homem e de cada Mulher, para além de todo o tipo de classificações, existe uma obra sublime, cheia de alegria e de conteúdos preciosos.
Concept

"
Did i knew the answer? Maybe not in full, as Juan spoken of things like "Fragmented Self" and in my ineptitude in unifying this fragmentation.
I myself, now fragmented and broken in my view, unified, one with the world, believed strongly that yes, this was comon to everyone ... but how to show it, how to defende it.
Guru Art Projects Painting Workshop, the May of a full spring within a sunny studio. This was the physical space in which this question fell between the parallel of our teaching methods and aesthetic desires.
Here, I finally understood the meaning of the question "Do you believe ?...".
Arts education, in essence, is an act of faith and live this faith in a world without absolute truths.
In did, facing Art we search for inner truths, we find what we believe is there.
